How do I cancel my name iD subscription?

To cancel your name iD Subscription, open the slide out menu in the app. Find and select Help, then select Account Information. Then select Unsubscribe, and confirm you would like to cancel by entering your 8-digit pin, then select Unsubscribe from the pop up that appears.

If you would not like to Cancel your subscription, select Cancel.
